Fastest route, and it takes effect immediately:
Email contact@lazoclub.com from your account's address, subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days at the latest.
Your email, first and last name, profile photo, social handles and follower counts are irreversibly anonymised. Your notification tokens are removed. Your venues stop being visible.
Collaborations and contracts already entered into are kept without your identity. This is not a convenient exception: those records belong equally to the business or creator you worked with, and erasing them would destroy their own history and reviews. The same applies to reviews you wrote, which remain with no identifiable author.
Encrypted backups expire on their own: 14 days for the database, 28 days for uploaded files.
