Lazo Club

Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. What Lazo Club is

Lazo Club is a meeting point between content creators and businesses in Mexico. We publish collaboration offers, let creators apply to them, agree a date and put the agreement on record. We are not a party to that agreement: the collaboration is between the creator and the business.

2. Accounts

Every account is manually approved before it can be used. You must be of legal age, give accurate information and keep it current. An account is personal — do not share or transfer it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misrepresents its data (follower counts included), or harms other users.

3. Collaborations

An offer states what the business provides and what it expects in return. When both sides accept, we generate a PDF contract capturing the agreed terms. That document is the record of the agreement between you.

An offer's terms freeze as soon as someone applies to it — that protects the applicant from the rules changing underneath them.

Lazo Club does not process payments. Any monetary compensation is settled directly between the parties.

4. Content and conduct

You are responsible for what you post: photos, descriptions, messages and reviews. Illegal, misleading, defamatory, sexual or violent content is not allowed, nor is anything infringing someone else's rights.

Reviews must reflect a real experience. Trading reviews, or pressuring the other party for a rating, is not allowed.

Reporting and blocking. Any profile, message or venue can be reported from inside the app. We review reports and act within 24 hours. You can also block another user: they can no longer message you and they disappear from your results.

5. Ownership

You keep the rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to display it inside the app in order to run the service. Usage rights over content you produce for a collaboration are governed by what the offer says, not by these terms.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Liability

Lazo Club is not liable for the performance of collaborations agreed between users, nor for the quality of the goods or services exchanged. Disputes are settled between the parties; we can supply the contract and message history if both sides ask.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Security → Delete my account. Your personal data is anonymised; collaborations already entered into are kept without your identity, since they are equally the other party's record.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law.
